Client Services Specialist

csONE is actively searching for a Marketing Services Coordinator who will provide excellent customer service by responding to questions from producers and groups regarding the sale of Employee Benefits. The Marketing Services Coordinator is the primary contact for csONE with a wide range of carriers, business contacts, producers, sales representatives, and csONE staff members. Responsibilities include the completion of administrative work in coordinating the submission of new business proposals, sold cases, renewals, re-enrollments, commission questions, and inquiries related to billing, coverage, and claims, for one or more regions.

Must have an Associate’s degree plus at least two years of related experience in customer service and marketing administration. Must be a team player, possess strong communication and analytical skills, be attentive to detail and produce high quality work. Must also be proficient with technology. Work schedule M-F; competitive pay and benefits.
