Primary contact for assigned group customers and employees in support of the administration of Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Health Savings Accounts and Medical and/or Dependent Care Flexible Benefit Plans. Responds to inquiries and provides updates to csONE sales and sales support staff and producers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provides information and responds to group, customer, and broker inquiries related to Health Reimbursement Arrangements/Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and Medical and/or Dependent Care Flexible Benefit Plans. Reviews and adjudicates claims, as necessary, after determining customer eligibility.
Responds to inquiries and requests about matters related to claims, additional substantiation needed, changes in regulations, enrollment, and the renewal process.
Adds and updates information including enrollment and deduction amounts obtained through Excel file imports.
Supports the renewal of assigned groups by assuring information about the group is accurate and up-to-date in the group administration portal.
Maintains knowledge of Section 125 by understanding program regulations and keeping up to date with changes and modifications.
Communicates by phone, email or letters with customers, as needed, when additional information is needed.
Protects confidentiality and ensures subscriber trust in the privacy and security of subscriber information through knowledge of and compliance with corporate guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Maintains technical knowledge by attending company sponsored training and educational programs and workshops; participates in internal and external meetings and seminars, as appropriate.

Associate’s Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, and at least 2 years’ related work experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets and have the technical ability to work with various computer software systems.
Must develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of Section 125 of the IRS Code regulations.
