Benantonio Forgione, GBDS
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
With a prominent background in the voluntary benefits arena, Benantonio began marketing worksite products as an independent agent in 2011. Prior to joining csONE Benefit Solutions (csONE) in 2014, Benantonio earned front-line experience as a sales representative for Colonial Life. Over his career, Benantonio has gained traction with employee benefits advisors by positioning integrated insurance solutions, including worksite and consumer driven health plans.
At csONE, Benantonio serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing sales and retention in New England and beyond. As a group insurance wholesaler, a third party administrator, and a worksite benefits enrollment firm, Benantonio manages a wide scope of disciplines at csONE Benefit Solutions, by providing employee benefits brokers a trusted resource that they can rely on to better serve their clients.
Benantonio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Southern Maine. In 2014, he received a Group Benefits Disability Specialist designation from the National Underwriter while studying with The Hartford School of Insurance in Princeton, New Jersey. Benantonio is a member of The National Association of Health Underwriters and New Hampshire Association of Health Underwriters. He earned an honorary degree from the University of New Hampshire Leadership Consortium in 2016 and has served as a guest lecturer at Plymouth State University. He lives with his wife and daughter in Dover, New Hampshire.
Tiffany is responsible for sales and retention in New Hampshire. Prior to joining csONE, she was a sales representative for Colonial Life where she focused on supporting the broker market in New Hampshire. While in this role, Tiffany managed the entire life cycle of each company’s worksite benefits, from initial acquisition, through enrollment and into post-enrollment support with claims and service. Through these experiences, Tiffany proved to be a trusted partner for brokers, clients, and employees with all of their insurance needs. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Education from Bridgewater State University and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Rivier University. She utilizes her lengthy background in education, now within the insurance industry, taking a consultative and educational approach to benefits education. Tiffany resides in Merrimack, New Hampshire with her husband and two children.
