*Subject to terms of the enrollment, employee access, and geographic locations. Group Benefits include Life, Disability, Dental and/or Gap Insurance and must be quoted through the csONE GA program to be considered for zero commission splits. Dental Insurance in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont may only be offered through Northeast Delta Dental. Minimum premium requirement is determined on a case-by-case basis.
**Standard commission splits are 60/40 for worksite only products, including Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Permeant Life. 50/50 commission splits are available when Group Voluntary premium is split or applied to the GA program; products include Voluntary Term Life and AD&D, Voluntary Short Term Disability, and Voluntary Long Term Disability.
